Pros
Some nice people Opportunity for growth(if you’re use to kissing…)
Cons
It started off great and progressively got worse as time went on. Management became less focused on areas of overall growth, and focused more on “hitting daily numbers”. They made me feel needed until they didn’t need me anymore. I never once experienced a company where I put 100% effort in and got treated like an animal in return. Pay is not worth it, had to juggle more than one job to bring extra income. The pay period is weird. Not enough hours if you’re looking to put in OT. They act like they don’t micro manage but they’re on you like glue. They can smile in your face one day and fire you the next with the same smile. Benefits are bare minimum(they make it seem like it’s a lot they’re offering but once u read it in completion you’ll see the truth.) Medical benefits sucked and I had to pay a Co pay for the smallest dr visits. There was a lot of workplace drama. Some employees thrived on causing conflict and management doesn’t always know how to handle these situations. Management can be clueless and unwilling to listen to employees.
