Pros

This is such a great place to work with some of the most competent people you can imagine. They are caring, welcoming, and hard-working. They are very transparent about pay during the hiring process and they compensate people well with great retirement matching after six months and bonuses after a year.

Cons

Because so many competent people work there, the bar is really high. The hiring process also has many levels of rigorous work samples and interviews.
