Pros

A nice place to work if you can put up with awful leadership, politics every day, and a culture that rewards obedience and bureaucracy

Cons

Poor leadership with distain for employees who are not in the inner circle

Pros

Benefits without a doubt are great and strongest selling point of company. A lot of good employees who respect mission and are really hardworking.

Cons

Too many to list. Politics have gotten worse. Engagement is awful. A small % of employees who work hard. Remainder float. Useless management team. Boys network of CEO/COO and their team of former Kaplan-employees/friends. Inept. Focusing on wrong things. Cost cutting measures are only going to hurt engagement more and more people will leave. Seems everyone is looking for a job. Pompous and arrogant leadership that continually says they want to hear from employees and fix things but actions prove that isn't true. New mgmt hires are awful. Too many VPs who really have no background in mgmt.

Good work and life balance.

Cons

No growth opportunities. Everyone stays there more than 10 years
