      Outstanding benefits, including four weeks paid time off, a very generous 403b match, and various tuition assistance programs.

      Cons

      Over time, the culture at the College Board has declined significantly. Management across the Board has become very dysfunctional. Decision making is political and chaotic, and lacking in clear direction. While career advancement opportunities do exist, there is little support for true learning, growth, and development.

      Great benefits, four weeks paid vacation. Depending on who your manager is this can be a great place to work, but it is really hit or miss, mostly miss.

      Cons

      Heavy top down management with no knowledge of work load or inner workings of other departments that one must interact with.
