      Pros

      The people who work in the programs are very passionate about their jobs and the work they do. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Management does not care about their employees' advancement and there are few options to move up within the organization from an admin position. Organization policies are aligning more and more towards corporate, and feeling less like a nonprofit. Office politics are rampant. Lower level employees are constantly being reviewed for respecting managers but managers often show no respect to their team.

      A lot of holidays, cubical space, travel perks for those involved in conferences

      Cons

      Office politics is only way to get promoted, little mobility. Majority of work is dry and not stimulating.
