Pros

A major pro with working with the College Board is the benefits package. You are really taken care of regarding health, 401(k), etc.

Cons

A con to working with the College Board is that sometimes you might feel overworked and underpayed. There is a large gap in pay levels between the various levels at The College Board. This makes for a situation where the person who are at or near the bottom dont feel appreciated.

-The regional office has a completely different atmosphere, which stems from a having a poor Vice President in place -Low morale -Work/life balance not encouraged; for Educational Managers PTO is discouraged -Strong emphasis on 'getting the sale' -Incompetent leadership leading the departments -Favoritism
