Pros

For those newer in their career the opportunities for professional development and advancement are excellent. If in Reston location the new office has great facilities including an on-site fitness center and bike lockers. A reasonable work-life balance is possible. Excellent benefits package.

Cons

For those with more career experience (i.e., mid career and up), the opportunity for advancement is minimal--though a terminal position can still be rewarding at this organization.
