      * Great PTO * Great People * Great mission

      * The work can be kind of boring * With the completion of several ongoing projects, I feel there may be cutbacks in employment opportunities for Software personal in the near future. * Bonuses aren't that great (although base pay is good)

      Besides all that, I am here to share an HR story that can be a highlight of my career stories. I am an Asian American. Once, I had to call a senior HR director to discuss an event. When we just connected on the Teams call, the HR Sr. Director called my name wrong (another Asian name). I addressed her with my correct name, but instead of acknowledging her mistake, she insisted I was another Asian and even pulled up that person's team's photo and said, "Isn't this you?". I mean, how wrong could this be, like I don't even know my own name and face? Mind that this is a HR management... Some teams can act as superior the others just because they are the cash cow of the company.
