Pros

There are a number of bright people who work here who truly care about the organization's mission.

Cons

Unfortunately, many of those bright people are ignored or overlooked by senior leaders. The future looks bleak for the College Board and the organization has done little to appropriately prepare for what is to come.

Pros

- You get to work with latest technologies, engineers are given freedom. - Remote work, and you are working on field of education, that too in field of stepping stone(college entrance) for upcoming professionals. - Frequent one on one with managers, and managers care about you. - Colleagues are pretty kind and are there to help. - Benefits are pretty good, we get total 37 days + holidays off (20 vacation + 10 sick + 7 day end of year off). We get 10% match on 403(b) - Engineering team is trying to innovate and bring new tech in.

Cons

- Salary can be better as we can't have stock options, I know we try to compensate for it through generous 403(b) contribution, but a decent increase would be beneficial.
