      Pros

      None, did not enjoy my time.

      Cons

      There isn't anything about this company that isn't focused on greed and monopolizing the higher education system. Everything is sales-focused and less on actual education equity like their mission suggests. Bureaucracy is incredibly slow and tiring, management needs a lot of work, and little to no opportunity for growth unless you plan to be there 10+ years.

      Pay is good. Golden handcuffs though.

      Cons

      This is the absolute worst place I’ve ever worked. The amount of bullying and throwing people under the bus was ridiculous. It’s a superficial place that does not put the student first. They are all about their bottom line and treat people terribly. The leaders are racist and elitist. Stay away unless you enjoy going in the lion’s den on a daily basis.
