Can't really observe any pro!

Cons

racial bias - one certain race of persons are almost no chance to get promoted. Therefore, this particular race of employees is severe under represent at higher levels. Employment, promotion, raise, are highly relate to connection/friendship or maybe under table reasons. The management is rude/unprofessional.

The benefits were outstanding at first.

Cons

Moves at a snail’s pace. Little to no room for advancement. Every org within the overall company operates as its own entity without much collaboration.
