Pros

If you decide to take the plunge into their program you'll be surrounded by a group of the most talented, hard working, and achievement-oriented college students in the nation. Merely being in the program alone does not guarantee success - there are those that fall prey to delusions of grandeur because they think mere acceptance is their guaranteed pass - true success requires absolutely pig-headed determination and steadfast discipline. People who succeed here can succeed ANYWHERE. This will be the hardest thing you will ever do - I've known alumni who go into investment banking and still consider their first year as a District Manager to be more challenging.

Cons

The pay does not reflect the hours you work. To do well you must work hard and work smart. For a small minority the total is less than minimum wage. (For those that truly apply themselves, they have the capability to earn more than their parents while going to school full time).

Pros

It is challenging and presents an opportunity to learn what you are capable of. It is a great opportunity for an individual who is wondering whether or not they have what it takes to be an entrepreneur. The experience ultimately provides you with necessary experience and knowledge neccesary to survive as a business owner.

Cons

The compensation is not guaranteed and some of the company sales gimmicks seem decieving. No benefits and limited opportunity for advancement. There are costs that need to be paid upfront and you may not see a profit for months after you expect to.

Cons

if you are not self-motivated, this is not for you must have an entrepreneurial mindset must be hard working in order to succeed; no free rides not-hourly; reimbursements and performance-based
