      It is a tough internship, but there is so much to gain from the job.

      Pros

      What you put in is what you get out of this internship. You take over your own business. When they tell you its not going to be easy they aren't lying. This is a great job experience and great resume builder. When I go into interviews this is usually something employers notice first.

      Cons

      The pay is really based off of how you manage your payroll and spending. It is difficult to really handle this because you don't really have much of an idea of what you are doing in the beginning.

      Pros

      Working at College Works Painting is a "start it yourself" that is bound to work. You are assigned to a District Manager who has been through the internship before you and he/she is dedicated to your success. In fact, their success is directly dependent on your success. Excellent motivation and guidance.

      Cons

      There is the possibility that you can work your butt off in this internship and not see returns promised to you by management. However, the experience is worth it nonetheless.

      Learn alot, grow alot. You think you're making money while doing the program.

      Cons

      You won't get paid unless you're at the high end of producers. I'm in debt and was in the top 5 producers in my division. So what's the high end?
