Any idiot can get this job, meaning you will most likely be working under an idiot. Garbage pay, management is miserably inexperienced and was not transparent at all about compensation. They basically take advantage of cheap college labor because this is a type of job that nobody, not matter how experienced, should ever be paid less than $15/hr. I was told I was going to get $12/hr and then I ended up getting $9/hr because of the way their ridiculous budget/adjustable pay works. Avoid being a painter here.

Management sucks. They gives you tons on information and then throw you into things and expect you to figure it out and be successful. They push you a lot. You will work your butt off! During the spring semester I worked about 30hrs a week and over the summer worked on average 100+ hrs a week. I only made about $5,000. They promise you a minimum of $4k but theres a LOT of requirements you have to hit by certain dates. Make sure you know when they are (they don't always tell you).
