Not worth it!

Pros

Health insurance, get to travel. That's it!

Cons

Good ol boys club. If you're not a favorite you're not in. Plan that your life is all about work. They say it's a family company and family is a priority but really it's not. Work comes #1. Its never enough for them. You're a road warrior and always in a hotel. No reimbursement on gas so lots of money out of pocket. They make promises they cant keep and say they want to keep things fair but they dont.

Pros

They take the time to train you in this department for 6 weeks before allowing you to be on your own and really make sure you know your stuff. The company has great benefits and even has a gym that employees can use. After being with the company for a year you can even put your name in to travel on one of the tours for free!! Everyone is very nice so far as well!

Cons

You are locked into your position for 18 months. The start out wage is pretty low but at 6 months you can get higher or you can join a fast track program which might give you more opportunities to grow as well depending on how you do in the company.

Less than average pay for booming business

Pros

Great healthcare, friendly coworkers, paid vacation/sick/personal time, opportunity to travel on a guided tour maximum 1 time per year based on lottery system, on site wellness center/gym, 4 hours paid volunteer time a month, bonus (depending on business success) each year

Cons

Below average pay for industry, very hard to move from one department to another without experience in that specific department, not a lot of opportunity to advance as they tend to hire outside instead of promote from within (even though they say they do), parking is limited near buildings - have to cross busy street to get to main parking lot and that's usually full.
