      Pros

      Managers always work with you on having a flexible work schedule. Most people in the company are nice to work with.

      Cons

      Some disorganization. Seems leadership wants to grow at an unsustainable rate.

      Great Place to Learn With Great People

      Pros

      Wonderful place to gain experience in the AEC industry. Maser has made great gains in establishing themselves as reputable and quality-focused firm. The organization as a whole really cares about the growth of their staff.

      Cons

      Seems like a trade off between gaining great experience vs competitive pay when comparing salaries with other firms in the AEC industry.
