Pros

From my perspective in corporate services, everyone is responsive and willing to assist. I also see my coworkers outside of work - we're friends! I feel that being friends with your coworkers is something that is lost since covid but here we all get along fairly well. I like the large company - we have so many offices and have so many experts to go with all our service lines. I could go on!

Cons

Like any large firm, communication could always be better about what is actually happening at other offices/other parts of the company. Very minor on the con scale and it's not easy lift to let all 3k employees know what's going on across the country.

Cons

While Colliers Engineering and Design offers many benefits, there are a few challenges that employees may encounter. One potential drawback is the workload during peak project periods, which can sometimes lead to longer hours and increased stress. While the company promotes work-life balance, the demands of certain projects or deadlines may occasionally disrupt this balance. Additionally, while career growth is emphasized, advancement opportunities may not be as frequent or immediate as some employees would like, especially in more senior roles.
