      Pros

      Great company with opportunity to grow and advance career. Culture was great and felt like a smaller firm at the headquarters but slowly becoming more corporate.

      Cons

      Tends to be reactive to current market with respect to pay. Receptive and willing to accommodate requests for higher annual increases but won’t get anything you don’t ask for and push for hard. Also need to have the right people go to bat for you for promotions and raises which can make it much easier or harder. I think this may be the case for most consulting firms though.

      Great Company to Work For

      Pros

      The company is interested in having you further your career and will support your own efforts in doing so. The compensation is competitive and the benefits are strong. They treat each of their employees as professionals and expect you to work hard accordingly.

      Cons

      The work/life balance can sometimes be difficult to keep consistent. As each client has different needs, at different times of the day. This is pretty common for this position, however throughout the industry.

      Cons

      President's Day and Veterans' Day are not company paid holidays.
