      None. You are expected to live at and for the company. No amount of hours or profit is ever enough. Compensation is average.

      Cons

      Long hours. Little appreciation. No chance to have a life of your own. Middle management views employees as disposable and replaceable.

      Pros

      Good work environment, respect for employees, strong management, good training programs, and above average compensation. In terms of benefits, they are very good, but there are areas that could be further enhanced.
