      Even though it is a big company, it has a small company feel. All levels of Management approachable and helpful.

      Consistently given interesting work and projects. Manager acts as a mentor to grow my skills, experience, and career.

      Cons

      Compensation seems low compared to others in the area.

      None. You are expected to live at and for the company. No amount of hours or profit is ever enough. Compensation is average.

      Cons

      Long hours. Little appreciation. No chance to have a life of your own. Middle management views employees as disposable and replaceable.
