Have worked here for 17 years, internal advancement, opportunities to grow your skills supporting training in and outside the firm

Cons

Offices get relocated not taking in consideration of employees commute being made longer. Only thing i could think of improving.

Larger company still with a small family feel. Room for growth within the Company. Fun Team building activities. Good Benefits

Cons

Sometimes a disconnect from the main office to the smaller satellite offices.

Pros

Wonderful place to gain experience in the AEC industry. Maser has made great gains in establishing themselves as reputable and quality-focused firm. The organization as a whole really cares about the growth of their staff.

Cons

Seems like a trade off between gaining great experience vs competitive pay when comparing salaries with other firms in the AEC industry.
