      Pros

      Good work environment, respect for employees, strong management, good training programs, and above average compensation. In terms of benefits, they are very good, but there are areas that could be further enhanced.

      Maser has two directions it can go

      Pros

      My office is great everyone is really nice and open to teach you new things. If your willing to go the extra mile it will be noticed. The company as a whole is fairly friendly and everyone is willing to teach what they know.

      Cons

      Each Office has its own culture and for the most part they all seem to operate independently of each other. Corporate needs to acknowledge that the best engineering companies are the ones that treat there employee well. Maser is at the precipice of either becoming another standard "employees are tools not people" driven company or a company for employees.

      Pros

      Maser Consulting offer employees opportunities for growth, diversification, personal and professional development as well as a pleasant working environment and great people. It is a Company that is continuously striving to improve and remain an industry leader in the services they provide and the employment experience of their employees.

      None at this time. I am very satisfied as an employee.
