Pros

They are going through an enormous culture change at the moment since they were taken out of administration by First Service. However, if they retain some of the social culture and employ the hard work and play ethic, they will do well and it could be an amazing place to work for, and I would add it could be a Times 100 place to work.

Cons

They need to get rid of some of the old guard, established Directors who are not earning the fees they should be earning. The jobs for the boys protectorate attitude needs to be eradicated and then it could reach the desired goals it wants.

Pros

If you want to not make of much of your time as an entry level professional, just by sitting on a computer and working on most simplest tasks, this is the company for you. Work for 6+ months and move on

Cons

Bad Compensation. No 401K, poor health care options Eventually you have no say what product line you would like to pursue. They put you where they want to put you.

Pros

Fast response when it comes to IT, payroll, or benefits questions. Efficient email communications systems in place, processes relatively streamlined, many resources to utilize.

Cons

No real "perks" to speak of. Generic corporate culture. If you're not a broker, be prepared to feel a bit isolated and dejected. Disrespectful to admin. Stubborn and condescending brokers. Inflexible time off (especially if you work under a broker). Be prepared to talk about money, golf, and sports and not much else. Lack of culture or human connection. People could care less about what you unless if you're bringing in the big bucks.
