Pros

Will get good environment to work. If you want to visit USA then come to this company.

Cons

Long long working hours. Hike is below 9% although you have worked immensely. Giving priority to experienced person rather then knowledge one. Same work for many years. No personal growth.

Offer decent benefits as far as retirement savings and HSA goes, and value and respect employees not being on the clock 24/7

Cons

Health insurance ends up with a lot of out of pocket costs. The hiring freeze due to downtick in air travel during the pandemic has lead to some demoralizing and overworking compared to the typical more laid back environment, but this feels temporary.
