Pros

Working at SDR in Cockeysville, Maryland, part of CollisionRight, is an utterly dehumanizing experience, where employees are reduced to mere numbers. The shop is disastrously mismanaged, with leadership fostering an aggressively hostile and toxic work environment. HR is completely apathetic to employee concerns, further emphasizing the company's blatant disregard for its workforce.

Cons

Working at SDR in Cockeysville, Maryland, part of CollisionRight, can feel impersonal, as employees are often treated like numbers. The shop is poorly managed, and the leadership creates a hostile work environment. Concerns raised with HR often go unaddressed, highlighting the company's lack of regard for its employees.

A company that cares

Pros

Joining this company has been the best decision for my career. The fast-paced, high-growth environment keeps things exciting, and I love that our CEO genuinely cares about people—it really trickles down through the whole company. One of the biggest things for me is feeling heard. Anytime I’ve had a concern or suggestion, I’ve been able to bring it up and actually see people listen and take action. My manager genuinely cares about my growth and has been an amazing advocate for what I need to feel happy and fulfilled in my role. I also love the people I work with—we hire some of the best in the industry, and it makes such a difference to be surrounded by smart, driven, and supportive teammates. I’m really excited about where we’re headed as a company!

Cons

Not really a con for me because I thrive in this setting, but if you’re someone who likes a super structured, unchanging environment, this might be a tough place. We’re growing fast, which means things change a lot—processes are always evolving, and you have to be comfortable with some level of uncertainty. That said, the team is working hard to scale things in a way that makes it smoother, so it’s getting better all the time!

Pros

Weekly pay. That’s about it

Cons

You’re just a number. Used to somewhat care, now they grew, and your loyalty or hard work means nothing.
