Business Outlook
Pros
The employees are always willing to extend beyond their job duties to help each other out. Jobs are so closely linked that you can transition from one position to another relatively seamlessly. The work is challenging, the company has a great vision and focus for the future, and the company as a whole is very successful with regard to meeting corporate goals. Our CEO and senior managment is very capable of growing this company and making it a leader in worksite benefits.
Cons
Some of the management is not as willing as others to work with PTO and the work/life balance. Some expect that 40+ houir weeks are a priviledge and you should do it every week, but I don't necessarily agree with that.
