weekly pay, good training great people. Highly recommended as long as you have enough savings to get started. Go for it

100 percent commision. hard to get going at first. But after that as long as you stay busy you will be fine

-Excellent income potential -Flexible schedule -Good commission structure -work from home -be your own boss -Income renewals build after time (3+ years) -Tax benefits of being 1099 -Exceptional home office support (from claims to underwriting to new accounts) -Very approachable senior management -Solid and growing company

Cons

-No base salary (commission only) -No benefits -You are only as good as your last sale, and constantly need to be opening cases (if you open) -No reliability in work or income -Not too much in the way of career advancement -Constant competition from competitors and within Colonial -Difficult to start up and build a solid block of business
