Great money if you can deal with BS

Pros

They do a lot of bussiness and have a great pool of customers. They pay average in the beginning but will give you large increases in pay if you are good at the job

Cons

Terrible management. Extremely poor integrity. For example a manager was caught have sexual relations with multiple employees and didn't even get suspended. Poor culture. They will belittle everyone and no give credit to lower level employees. Very poor training and often times different location have different information on processes.

Good company with solid steady work, has amazing potential if they could get organized.

Cons

Negative environment and infighting between departments. There is no room for advancement, no training.
