Pros

There really are no pros.

Cons

Nobody in management knows what they are doing. Nothing gets done efficiently. It is family owned and they can't agree on anything. They scream at employees. There are no benefits. They had to start offering medical on January 1st due to Obama Care. That is the only benefit.
