Pros

people are nice but the company is not.

Cons

Everything from fabrication errorsto customers not getting this replaced or repaired. Not properly notifying employees on commission changes. No training for employees on the system just emails expecting us to figure it out. and nikos showing off his wealth in the form of nice suits and fancy watches show that they really do not care about employees and only care about themselves.

Pros

I can definitely say that the energy and family atmosphere has kept me with the Colonial Family for many many years now. Not only have I learned a lot along the way, but have made long lasting friendships with my coworkers! The business has surpassed many competitors out there and is continuing to expand rapidly and successfully!

Cons

The only con I would say is keeping up with the company growth.
