      The best thing is only the good coworkers in the trenches with you.

      Brookfield Infrastructure is cutting jobs. Forcing many into retirement. The company will become bare bones, sustainability in their approach seems highly unlikely. They are cutting projects and upkeep on the system - gambling with supply and safety of the public. By the time the fallout of running to failure and axing important jobs becomes visible, the damage will already have been done. Brookfield plans a short term ownership, so what is that to them? What was once a great company, now falls to greed.

      10% 401(k) match is still a thing. Won’t be a surprise if it’s also gone eventually

      Profitability is being prioritized over safety, collaboration, integrity and all other core values this company used to hold and value. Brookfield and the new management team seeks nothing but profitability. Be prepared to be the scapegoat if anything you worked on goes down
