Pros

None, really, none. It has a difficult to enjoy culture. It's really too bad. The work itself has the potential to be satisfying and many employees are fine people. They need an infusion in the upper ranks from well run companies.

Cons

Over worked, unappreciated, and poorly paid. The result is an unusual number of angry or sad workers. Upper management doesn't appear care about people. It seems that they are focused on making as much money as possible for themselves, with no desire to do the right thing or leave a legacy that they can be proud of.

The pros were that people who did the work cared and, in the field at least, were pleasant to be with

Cons

Management is careless with decisions, not considering how they affect people. Company owners used to be oil companies who understood the business. Since sold to investors who do not understand or care about the technical piece behind the dollars.

Great benefits, great coworkers., great pay. Upper management treats everyone with the respect the observe. Everyone in the company is in the know. Lots of room to grow and try new opportunities.

Cons

Travel is a must and it's quite frequent. At least weekends are spent at home.
