Commision isn’t horrible. 18% of third party services. Foundation strong. All in house. Marketing in house.

Cons

Industry is designed to screw everyone eventually so you Start to feel like a car salesman. Customer service support is poor.

Pros

Great Work enviroment, I enjoyed working there but was burnt out after a while workflow balance is very hefty things could be streamlined a little bit better.

Cons

Not many, I'd say quality of service on the back end can improve carrier acquisition is difficult as there is a shortage of viable truck drivers so that is hard to control of course.
