Pros

Professional environment with good leadership and room to grow with the company. Nice new office with weekly meetings to keep our teams on the same page.

Cons

Sometimes when it rains hard the parking lot floods. Recently attempts have been made to improve this. Walk along the outside and it's fine.

Pros

You have the opportunity to make really good money. You have the support from the managers to help you succeed. No cap on commission so the sky is the limit. Friendly work environment with friendly competition.

Cons

You don’t get a lot of time off even after being there for over 5 years and no 401k . Some rules change and only apply to certain people and if you miss time due to being sick they take half of your jobs if anything get booked for you because it’s cosidered a non excused absence .
