There was a lack of transparency despite the constant claims of being an open and honest environment. The cutting of some employee perks was very sudden and had a huge impact on those making the lesser salaries. Finally and most importantly the manner in which mass layoffs were handled was absolutely grotesque! Starting the week (and day) only to find out my role was impacted after returning from my lunch break via restricted access and an email was shocking to say the least.

With the decrease in demand of Covid the whole company has basically been restructured. Management didn't have the foresight of this and did massive layoffs.
