Color reviews

- managers don't do anything with feedback — they are good at listening but don't seem like they actually do anything with the feedback - no business strategy after COVID - very clear who CPO likes / doesn't like — often feels like there are favorites - lots of people are burnt out from whiplash of constantly changing business plans - lots of lip service about medical equity but doesn't seem to actually walk the walk - currently, not a stable place to work

When I first joined Color I loved it. But after a year with no room to talk about advancement or raises because of hiring freezes I felt much more disposable. Most coworkers felt the instability too with consistent layoffs and lacking communication/accountability.
