      Typical start up company that hired too many people just to lay them off. Awful hr department. Awful managers. No opportunities for upward mobility. Very secretive around salary in order to severely under pay people.

      - the people! everyone was so smart and driven, it was inspiring working with them - mission-driven. Everyone really believes and is passionate about Color's mission to make healthcare accessible.

      Cons

      - You can feel siloed into your product area and there's not much organized visibility between products. You have to seek visibility out if you want it
