      Avoid COVID vaccination department

      Pros

      Engineering and lab department have great company cultures.

      Cons

      In general, Color is a great company to work for. However, stay away if you are thinking about joining the COVID testing or vaccination department. Since I have been hired, on average at least 1 person gets fired per month. I can think of 10 people right now and probably a lot more that quietly disappeared. Management have been super quick and quite on the reason. They squash any potential uprising swiftly.
