      Good company to work for outside of the COVID lab

      Pros

      Great company culture, good pay, good benefits, and free meals. They have many company events and I am sure they will have many more when the state opens up again.

      Cons

      They treat their COVID lab staff was as if they were children. Competitive salary, but little room for growth beyond the position you are hired for in the lab.

      Pros

      Good people, close to transportation, good management, free lunches, Lyft vouchers, accommodating shifts. All in all a nice place to work.

      Cons

      There are not many negative things to say about Color. If you have challenges they work with you. It's a team oriented environment. I have nothing negative to say,

      The benefits are great and the people are amazing. A company that at its core seems to care about employees. Great mission and impact.

      Cons

      The company needs more structure at times and have better professional development programs. It would be nice to have better pay and clearer paths to increase pay or get promoted.
