Pros

The interview process was very thorough and every reference was checked. The recruiter kept me in the loop from start to finish and the entire process was very pleasant and professional. There will be no surprises once you get to your start day. The training was done via Zoom, the trainers and Lead agents are very patient and supportive. At the end of the training, you feel ready to get started in your department. The Leads are always ready to help out should you need their support. Same with my manager, he is very proactive and always has an open door. Coworkers are amazing, always helping each other out. There are cross-training opportunities as well. This company is very inclusive and mindful.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

Color is tackling some of the hardest problems in health care and has developed some incredible technologies on the patient engagement side as well as in the lab.

Cons

Very quickly changing tactics has caused a lot of churn.

Pros

company wise: benefits include: free 1 meal for each employee everyday at your choice and lots of snacks, consistent Covid testing for employees onsite, 1 paid personal day every month, 200$ lyft credit to use every month.

Cons

The covid lab has plenty of issues. first and foremost the people who are making big decisions are never in lab and you will never hear them asking for our opinion or input even though any changes made will impact us directly, and good luck trying to oppose or say this is not working because then they will hold it against you and make sure you don't move up. few of the lab supervisors and leads have a big ego, and by few i mean the majority making the environment toxic at times because they think they know better even though the CLAs are doing the majority of allll the work, at times i don't even see the leads in the lab because they are too busy conducting meetings ( not sure what's the purpose of those meetings anyways). A LOT OF FAVORITISM GOING ON. the way the supervisors and leads handle situations depends on their personal feelings towards you which is sooo not professional. I quit because that place was getting too toxic for my taste besides the fact that there is no career growth opportunities.
