* You have an ability to make an impact right from the get go, and work with people who are extremely mission-driven. * The benefits are great, especially the medical plans. * Super transparent culture, every team keeps the company informed of meeting decisions. * Work/Life balance is amazing.

Cons

* Location can be a bit out of the way depending on where you live. * No 401k matching. * Flat Organization Structure (Which can be good or bad depending on what you're looking for specifically)

Great, smart people to work with. Very mission driven company. Doing some of the most exciting things in population genomics and health care.

Cons

I wish the office was a little closer to my home and/or a little easier to get to with public transportation.

- Being a part of and working alongside a diverse team of talented, smart, kind, and fun people - Small/lean teams so you really get to make a big impact within your role - Company culture is very collaborative and values transparency - Great benefits (medical/dental/vision) with a ton of perks (Lyft credits for commute, free lunches M-F, lots of snacks & drinks)

Cons

The office location isn't convenient but there is a makerspace/wework office in downtown SF for deep no meeting/deep work days.
