Pros

- It feels like my work is really having an impact on people's lives. - Working with creative, talented and humble people. - Encourage open communication, sharing knowledge and helping your teammates. - Company cares about your personal growth and provides workshops and learning opportunities. - Company is supportive of international workers. - Strong boba culture. Lots of fun events.

Cons

- The structure of the company is flat and is intentional, which is nice for communication. But for people who's been here a while, it might feel like there's no career advancement if you care about titles. - No 401k matching.

Pros

Working with some of the smartest and most qualified people in the industry and in the world. The diversity of backgrounds and expertise in the employees here is incredible. There is so much to learn from all of them. Contributing to the transformation of how humans around the world view their health and act upon life-saving information. It is astonishingly rewarding to be proud of your day-to-day work. There is a lot of opportunity for career growth and upward mobility here. Individual contributions are recognized and rewarded with greater responsibility and compensation. I feel appreciated here. Beautiful office, an overabundance of snacks, free catered lunch every day, and a fun yet driven atmosphere. Overall, Color is a wonderful place to work. Deriving happiness from your job instead of doing so in spite of your job is an amazing thing. I highly recommend this company to prospective applicants.

Cons

The office location isn't the most convenient to get to, although Color does offer free Lyft credits every month to alleviate this
