      Pros

      - Great perks and fun team culture - Total transparency from leadership to the whole company with regards to roadmap and financial standing - Large enough to have resources to do meaningful work and small enough to be able to lead the charge no matter what position you're in - So much room for personal growth - Incredible flexibility to WFH or around particular hours (there's a big young family population and leadership is supportive of a true work-life balance)

      Pros

      - Everyone is driven towards the mission of the company and you can tell that people care and your work is valued - Great work-life balance, lots of flexibility (good benefits too!) - Collaborative environment, you work with and learn a lot about other teams

      Cons

      - Office is split into two buildings which causes a little bit of isolation between the teams that are in different locations. Would prefer everyone together in one location.
