      Pros

      + The energy is very unique. People are smart, driven, witty, yet humble. It's clear that people care. + Work life balance exists. Although people have different working styles and hours of productivity, the differences are respected. + It's collaborative. I work with scientists, content writers, engineers, designers, marketers, and product managers in almost every project.

      Cons

      - As the company continues to grow, I'd be interested to see how roles are positioned since it's currently flat and lacks structure

      Pros

      Color has the smartest and nicest people and I feel lucky to be part of the team. Everyone is mission driven and the culture is down to earth. It is wonderful to have learned a tremendous amount during my experience at Color.

      Cons

      As we are a fast growing company, work-life balance can be challenging at times. People are expected to go above and beyond without recognition.

      Pros

      This is the best company I’ve worked for. Everyone is passionate about the mission and the culture is great. I really feel fortunate to be a member of this team. Everyone has an extremely impressive background, and I’ve learned a lot in a short amount of time.

      Challenging to have work life balance with the goals that are expected.
