      The company culture at Colorado Retina Associates is unlike anything I have experienced at other jobs. They prioritize investing in their employees and will add on more training/responsibilities/scope of practice at what ever speed you feel comfortable with. They also value feedback from employees at all levels of the organization. I found it very empowering that my thoughts and suggestions could have a direct impact on changes to the patient workflow within the organization.

      Travel is typically required between multiple locations in the Denver metro area.

      I am so happy I found Colorado Retina Associates! I have been so fortunate to receive in depth training and amazing benefits. The entire company staff work well to congratulate all employees for their hardwork. Everybody gets acknowledged. That's a great feeling. All of my teammates are so kind and always available for any questions. I definitely recommend working for Colorado Retina Associates.

      I honestly can't think of any cons. Everybody here is so friendly, down to earth and ready to help.
