One of the lowest paid in my role on campus

Pros

Collaborative environment with the larger college, and support from the college's dean + office. Got to expand my skills in ways I did not anticipate (in a good way!) and learned a lot with great lateral colleagues.

Cons

- terrible pay (I was one of the lowest paid in my role on campus!) - little support from HR - no support from larger offices on campus, including MarComm and the President - no disability support - changes in benefits that ultimately cost more than a salary - a few volatile employees that kept getting away with terrorizing others - a university shouldn't be run like a business!

Warner Computer Lab is a great part-time on-campus student job; it's simple and provides computer and customer service experience.

Cons

No cons, it's truly a very nice job.
