Pros

Many nice, hard working people to worth with. I also have the Kaiser Permanente health insurance and it is by far the best health insurance coverage I've ever had.

Cons

The area in which I work essentially has no room for career advancement, which means good employees will move on eventually. The salary is also limited in relation to the level of work complexity and responsibility.

Pros

Flexible work hours, easy tasks, plenty of time for personal assignments. Exposure to professors and other students interested in similar vocations is a great opportunity.

Cons

Compensation is ok to begin with, but doesn't increase with your experience or productivity. You will be slightly underpaid to begin with and vastly underpaid in the end. There are maximum jumps in pay per time period and certain positions or titles must be occupied for a specific time before you can advance.
