      Pros

      Co-workers, great administrative support, student body, work facility. Living in Fort Collins was great. Very active campus & community; really promoted a healthy & active lifestyle.

      Cons

      Pay was competitive to other universities; however, only had 1 raise in the five years I was there. Can be difficult to work the red-tape of a state job, but that seems standard fir most universities.
