      Pros

      Decent pay for a desperate college student. Overall the job isn't great, though the money helped at the time.

      Cons

      Nasty environment. Some of the apartments at university village are terrible. Management in uneducated employees that harass the student employees. Overall a bad enviroment. The job itself it bad enough, without being degraded by management. Discrimination towards international students, age and sex/gender. The discrimination was blatant and public, "women cannot have overtime.. they work too slowly..".

      7.64 is minimum wage and much lower than other average student jobs in the student center

      Great location and student body. Competent leadership.

      State does not support higher education very well resulting in lower salaries across the board.
