      Working at Colorado State in housing was a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in multiple areas.

      As mentioned, the position afforded opportunity to work in multiple areas and to take on collateral assignments when desired. There was a concern for personal and professional development that was much appreciated.

      Cons

      Sometimes departmental change was tough to get through for the organization. Experienced folks would be reticent to depart from the "old way" and move into what the new direction was.
